Delivery Information

We strive to deliver the goods to our customers on time irrespective of where the delivery is to be made. We only deliver the goods to CARD HOLDERS billing address due to rules laid down by the credit card companies. Goods can be delivered to another address provided the following criterion is met:

Extra care is taken at our end to make sure there are no discrepancies in the items we dispatch to you and all the items are properly packaged so as to avoid any damage in transit. Most of the information regarding the delivery of items can be found below. In case of any other queries, please contact us at Khimar.

A signature is required on receipt. In case you are not present to accept your delivery, you will be left a calling card advising you on how you can pick up your order.

United Kingdom Delivery

Our normal delivery time for all items other than outlet sale items are 2- 3 weeks. Due to Covid -19 this can now take up to 4-8 weeks. All outlet sale items will be delivered within3-5 working days. Inorder to reduce the price of items to you we are only manufacturing them based on orders placed except outlet sale items which are in stock for immediate dispatch. You can cancel the order only within 24 hours of placing it. If a request is sent after 24 hours we cannot cancel the order as these are made to order. 

Postage and Packaging charge for all Mainland UK deliveries is a standard £3.99. The charge is irrespective of the number of items ordered. We send the goods through courier delivery service. After we dispatch the goods, the couriers or royal mail generally takes 2 to 5 working days to deliver the goods. Deliveries are made by the courier service between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. In case the delivery is delayed due to some unforeseen reasons, we would be glad to help you with sorting it out with our Courier Company. However, once the goods are dispatched from our warehouse, it is the sole responsibility of the Courier Company to deliver it to the customers.

 

EUROPE AND NORTH AMERICA (USA AND CANADA) DELIVERY (4-10 WORKING DAYS)

The standard delivery charge is £9.99. Generally it takes around 4-10 working days for the items to be delivered. If you are not available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up. Please contact us at Khimar for further assistance.

**General Information for all deliveries outside of the United Kingdom.

Any customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and do not provide any assistance in the process. Also, customs policies differ from country to country so you may want to contact your local customs office for further information before placing an order with Khimar.

REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY (4-15 WORKING DAYS)

For countries outside Europe and North America, the standard delivery charge is £19.00. All items other than outlet sale items has a lead time of 4-15 working days.  In order to reduce the price of items to you we are only manufacturing them based on orders placed. Therefore if you need anything from discounted range please note these will arrive only within 15 days of placing the orders. You can cancel the order only within 24 hours of placing it. If a request is sent after 24 hours we cannot cancel the order as these are made to order. However outlet sale items will be delivered within 10-15 working days. If you are not available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up. Please contact us at Khimar for further assistance.

Return Policy

Return of Non-Sale Items

If an item is unsuitable, you can return it for an exchange/refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. When you want to return an unwanted item please send us an email with your order number to info@khimaronline.co.uk stating which item/items you need to return with the reason for the return. We will then send you a Return Note Number. Please return goods within 14 days from date of receipt, unworn and in good condition and in its original packaging without removing any tags clearly stating the Return Note Number. Please note return period is 14 days from delivery date; we must receive any returned items within this time.  We are unable to offer a Free Return Service and therefore return postage must be paid by the customer. However we would be happy to exchange the goods for something else of your choice or a different size but postage of £3.99 or relevant amount to your country will be charged. We do not undertake any guarantee of availability of all sizes and colours on exchanges.

 

We will take action on your parcel as soon as we receive the goods, and will then endeavour to process your request for either a refund or replacements as quickly as possible. In some cases this may take up to 14 days, so we would grateful if you could bear with us. If you have requested a refund, or replacements of a lower value than the returned goods, any refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will send you a refund receipt as soon as the refund has been processed. If you have requested replacement of a higher value, any difference due will be charged and our team will call/email you to get the payment due. Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of return.

Please quote your return note number given on the parcel, to assist us in identification on return to Khimar. Also send us a copy of invoice or please write your name, address and other contact details along with Khimar Order/ Invoice number. Also please mention in bold if you want Refund / Exchange. The management holds no responsibility for any parcel received without any identification.

Please ensure that the clothes you send are tried with utmost care that they do not in any way get stained or soiled. We reserve the right to return the items where it is apparent that this has not been done and has been worn.

All the items must be returned with their original packaging without taking the tags off and in unused condition.

For hygiene reasons, you cannot return skin care, hair care and cosmetic items if they have been opened and the tags have been removed.

Please note hand embroidered are fragile in their usage. From time to time beading may get displaced and this is not regarded as a fault but is due to the nature of the work. These garments should be worn with care and are mainly for special occasion wear. Also most of our garments are crafted using natural fabrics. Hence you can see some irregularities on the fabric. Therefore these are not considered as faults as they are natural factors of the fabric.

Most of our clothing items should be washed separately in cold water by hand or gentle cycle and thoroughly rinsed. All the scarves/hijabs should be dry cleaned or washed by hand in cold water. Please note that due to hand dyeing methods used the colours are not guaranteed. We cannot be liable for any damage to your garments due to not complying with the washing instructions given.

It may not be possible to give full instructions on each garment therefore the above is a guideline of washing, if in doubt Dry Clean.

For hygiene reasons, you cannot return makeup items if they have been opened and the tags have been removed.

Return of Clearance Sale/ Discounted Items

Please note most of the time our website run as a discounted store and orders are produced only for your specific orders. Hence, Special rules apply as described below.

Items bought under discounted/ Clearance Sale items can be returned within 14 days but refunds will not be issued. But it can be exchanged or a gift voucher will be issued if it falls under following circumstances only.

– The item is defective

– The items doesnt match its description.

– The item doesnt fit you

Delivery and Return Policy of Custom Made Items

All XXL sizes come under custom made dresses. We dont sell XXL sizes but will custom make them if customers request XXL size. They are only made for your request at our factory based overseas. Once the order is placed it will take up to 4-5 weeks to deliver your item. No cancellations are accepted after 24 hours of placing your order.

As they come under custom made styles we will not be able to accept any returns of the same unless they are faulty. If custom made items are received faulty they can be returned to us within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Cancellations

Products are made to your orders. Therefore no cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours of placing the order. As most of the items will be in production or dispatched if in stock within this time.Please refer to the returns policy after this time.
